Description

Kaluga (Huso & Acipenser Dauricus Schrenki) is indigenous to the Amur River and is therefore sometimes referred to as River Beluga Hybrid. The caviar is sustainably farmed in Asia, in the mountains southwest of Shanghai, in the Thousand Island Lake natural reserve.

Large, light-brown to rich-brown beads, firm texture, and sweet notes of hazelnut.

Royal White Sturgeon caviar comes from the Transmontanus sturgeon and will certainly not disappoint you. Native to California, this caviar comes from the largest fresh water fish in North America, the Pacific White Sturgeon. This farm-raised sturgeon is highly regarded for the sustainable caviar it produces with black beads with platinum hues and generously sized pearls.

Medium-sized, delicate, black beads. Delicate texture with fine distinguishable roe. The flavor ranges from buttery to nutty with a touch of sweetness and can be compared to the taste of the Caspian Sea wild Ossetra caviar.

Each Luxurious Golden Goat Caviar Gift Box comes with a Caviar tin opener as well as one of our finest pearl spoons.
